Change Your Password
Log in to Shopbop by selecting Sign In / Register located in the upper right hand corner. Please select 'Hi ____.' Select Account from the menu. Under ACCOUNT INFORMATION select Change Password.

Forgot Your Password
Not to worry! Click on Sign In /Register in the upper right hand corner. Select ‘forgot your password’ to be directed to the password assistance page.

Change Your Sign-In Information
Log in to Shopbop by selecting Sign In / Register located in the upper right hand corner. Please select ‘Hi ____.’ Select Account from the menu. Under ACCOUNT INFORMATION select Change Email. You will be prompted to enter and verify a new email address.
Note: After changing your email address, you’ll need to use that new email address to log into your account.

Use Your Amazon Login On Shopbop
If you’re an Amazon.com customer, you can log into Shopbop using your Amazon credentials. We recommend this if you are an Amazon Prime customer, or if you simply wish to quickly access your Shopbop account with your Amazon login.

If you use the same email address for both Shopbop and Amazon, you’ll be able to see your Shopbop account information and order history. If your Amazon email address differs from your Shopbop email address, you will not see this information.

Note: This feature does not apply to Amazon.co.jp or to Amazon.cn.

Add/Remove Credit Card
Log in to Shopbop by selecting Sign In / Register located in the upper right hand corner. Please select ‘Hi ____.’ Select Account from the menu. Underneath PAYMENT click on Credit Cards.

Add/Remove Address
Log in to Shopbop by selecting Sign In / Register located in the upper right hand corner. Please select ‘Hi ____.’ Select Account from the menu. Under SHIPPING, click Address Book.

Change Your Shipping Preference
Log in to Shopbop by selecting Sign In / Register located in the upper right hand corner. Please select ‘Hi ____.’ Select Account from the menu. Under SHIPPING click on Shipping Preference to update your shipping preference.
Note: You always have the option to change your shipping method when placing an order.

View Gift Certificates
Log in to Shopbop by selecting Sign In / Register located in the upper right hand corner. Please select ‘Hi ____.’ Select Account from the menu. Underneath PAYMENT select 

My Gift Certificates to see all of the gift certificates associated with your account.
Remotely Log Out of Shopbop-Authenticated Device

Log in to Shopbop by selecting Sign In / Register located in the upper right hand corner. Please select ‘Hi __.’ Select Account from the menu. Under ACCOUNT INFORMATION click on My Logged-In Devices to remotely log out Shopbop-authenticated device(s).

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Order Processing And Cancellation
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Shopbop will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification.

Refunds are issued for missed guaranteed shipments and will be processed by Shopbop within 7 business days. Please allow your financial institution an additional 7 to 10 business days to post to your account.

Please Note: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Inventory Availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on Shopbop, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as in your shipping confirmation.

Because of the contracts and relationships we have with our vendors, the merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

If previously purchased merchandise is marked down within seven (7) days of the original order date, Shopbop will adjust the price of an item, once.

Please include your original order number with your request.
Eligible refunds will be applied to your original form of payment.

Price Matching
At the time of purchase, Shopbop will match other online retailers’ advertised prices. Please call Shopbop at 1-877-746-7267 to verify an eligible match. Our policy requires:

Price match must be on merchandise of identical style and color.
The merchandise must be first quality.
The other retailer's promotions must be visible on their site for verification.
The other retailer's website must be an authorized distributor of the brand.
The other retailer's prices must be published in U.S. dollars
Shopbop does not consider websites which operate as an auction, discounter or liquidator as competitors and therefore will not match prices of these retailers.
During Shopbop promotions, items can be discounted through either a price match or a Shopbop promotion, but not a combination of both.

Orders placed using guaranteed shipping methods will begin processing immediately and are guaranteed to arrive by the date indicated during the checkout process and in your order confirmation email.
APO/FPO/DPO Shipping
Shopbop ships FREE to military addresses using USPS Priority Mail. Transit times vary and are not guaranteed by USPS.
Shipping Restrictions
Shopbop complies with specific shipping restrictions determined by international trading regulation, as well as those contractually set by our vendors.

Items made of exotic skins and furs cannot be shipped outside of the United States, and jewelry items are restricted from shipping to certain countries. In addition to being restricted from shipping to non-USA addresses, items made of python cannot be shipped to California. At this time, beauty products including skincare, makeup, haircare, and bath & body cannot be shipped outside of the United States. Select brands have vendor-imposed regulations, restricting them from shipping outside the USA.

If you add one of these items to your cart and your shipping destination is one of the restricted countries, you will be prompted to remove it before proceeding. If you wish to continue with the purchase, you will need to change the destination address.

RETURNS

Returns within 15 days or less

FREE Returns if return is dropped off and scanned by the carrier within 15 days of delivery date.

Returns within 16-30 days

$10 Label Fee per order if return is dropped off and scanned by the carrier 16-30 days after delivery date.

Returns after 30 days

Returns NOT accepted if return is dropped off beyond 30 days after delivery date.

Return Policy

  1. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days in new condition (must not be worn, used, opened, altered, or washed) and in its original packaging with all tags attached, including seals and security tags.
  2. Final Sale items may NOT be returned.
  3. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
  4. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
  5. Note: Shopbop monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts due to non-compliance.
