ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Order Processing And Cancellation
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Reclop will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification.
Refunds are issued for missed guaranteed shipments and will be processed by Reclop within 7 business days. Please allow your financial institution an additional 7 to 10 business days to post to your account.
Please Note: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Inventory Availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on Reclop, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as in your shipping confirmation.
Because of the contracts and relationships we have with our vendors, the merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

SHIPPING

Shipping Methods & Cost
At Reclop, we currently offer free Ground Shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required shipping is always on us. All orders are shipped via standard ground delivery and typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. We do not currently support expedited (urgent) shipping or international shipping. All shipments must be to U.S. addresses only.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Reclop is not responsible for lost packages or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

RETURNS

Returns & Exchanges
At Reclop, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for any reason other than defective or damaged items.

If you receive a product that is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at return@reclop.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect. All returns must be pre-approved. We will provide a return shipping label only after your return request has been reviewed and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) has been issued. Any items sent back without an RMA will not be accepted or refunded.
